"Chica's room"

Set In the old stone house,this room has been completely restored using modern tecniques and maintaining where possible all original stone walls, wooden beams and staircases.

"CHICA'S ROOM" is 20 square meters and has a double bed with bathroom and is only suitable for two people.

Extra child bed available upon request.

Enjoy the winter with wooden stove with glass front (to watch the fire) and also an electric heater .

Hot water is provided by solar thermic system and electricity by solar photo-voltaic system.

Appartment "Stalla"

This stable has been completely restored into a modern appartment using all modern tecniques and retaining as many of the original featues as possible including the wooden beams,old stone walls and terracotta ceilings.

This one bedroomed appartment includes a double bed, bathroom with shower and  kitchen/living room with a double sofa/bed

It is a 60 square meters appartment suitable for up to  two+two people with an additional child bed available on request.

This original old barn has been completly restored on two levels using the finest of materials and maintaining its original features.

This two bedroomed apartment each with a double bed, one bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room with a double sofa/bed.

It is around 70 square meters and is suitable for up to four + two people with additional child bed available on request.

It has an outside terrace of around 45 square meters with table and seating for outside dining

The old original house built in 1880 has been converted and completly modernised into a 95 Msq apartment on three levels maintaining the original features of the wooden beams,stone walls and terracotta ceilings.

This apartmentsleeps up to six +two people and consists of three bedrooms,one with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each, one bathroom with shower, well equiped kitchen with all pots, dishes and cutlery and living room with a double sofa/bed.

It has a 35 Msq outside dining area with pergola, table and chairs and wonderful views of the surrounding natural beauty.

It is well equipped for the cold snowy winters with a central wood fireplace heating system and underfloor heating. The glass fronted fireplace allows you to watch the fire on cold nights whilst relaxing in the living room.
