APARTMENT "WOOD HOUSE 1"

In the wood house, we have realized this apartment on one level, completely in wood with modern technics.

This apartment is composed by one sleeping room double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, one kitchen/living room with a double sofa/bed.

It is circa 60 square meters and is foreseen for maximum two+two persons.

For a kid is eventually also possible to add one additional single bed in sleeping room

It has outside a pergola of circa 15 square meters with table and chairs to sit and eat outside.

The entrance is directly from the extern of the house

It is equipped for the winter with a   heat pump heating, and for summer of a air condition system.

Hot water is provided by solar thermic system and electricity by solar photo-voltaic system

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and tools.

Washing machine is in the apartment

APARTMENT "WOOD HOUSE 2"

In the wood house, we have realized this apartment on one level, completely in wood with modern technics.

This apartment is composed by one bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom with shower, one kitchen and one living room with a double sofa/bed and a double bed.

It is circa 75 square meters and is foreseen for maximum 4+2 persons.

For a kid is eventually also possible to use one additional single bed in a small "under roof kid room".

It is on the first floor and has stairs to get inside the apartment.

There is a dedicated external table with chairs but is one level down.

It is equipped for the winter with a pellet stove with glass, a heat pump heating, and for summer of an air condition system.

Hot water is provided by solar thermic system and electricity by solar photo-voltaic system

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and tools.

Washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

It is circa 55 square meters and is foreseen for maximum 4 persons.

It is on the first floor and has stairs to get inside the apartment.

There is a dedicated external table with chairs but is one level down.

It is equipped for the winter with a  heat pump heating, and for summer of an air condition system.
